Highly interactive, this session stood out from other conference events. It was intentionally designed so that half of the time was dedicated to engaging and hearing from participants. From the moment delegates arrived in the room and left for their next session, the energy was high. The format leveraged every minute and achieved desired outcomes. In sixty minutes, we:

Introduced a new province-wide initiative to 125 industry leaders
Heard from experts in a dynamic panel format
Gathered ideas from participants and ensured ample time for sharing with the group

Instead of having panel members talk for the entire hour, we invited the wisdom in the room to come forward. We heard a balance of voices and were able to capture a range of ideas that will help shape this province-wide initiative.
