Impact

Having a visionary 10-year strategic plan is an important guiding document for this cultural centre. It was created with a depth of input from community partners, staff, the board of directors and members of the First Nations the cultural centre represents. The next step toward actualizing this vision needed input from the organization’s management team. While balancing their day-to-day operations, division managers can now initiate projects that will advance the organization for the longer term.
