Marketing foundation for an Indigenous cultural centre

An award-winning Indigenous cultural centre was about to celebrate its 10-year anniversary. It was time to refine and solidify its marketing approach and attract a global audience.

  • Facilitated a strategic planning session with key team members
  • Conducted research and benchmarked related organizations
  • Developed recommended guidelines to strengthen the organization’s brand and implement a marketing plan that highlighted and celebrated the organization’s 10-year history.

A tactical plan with detail on budgeting, priority projects and content guidelines were prepared for the incoming Marketing Manager (a newly-created position) to implement with the department managers.

Diana is an incredible strategic thinker that applies her abilities to the companies she works with. Diana was contracted to implement a series of changes within our organization including Strategic Planning, Brand Voice Document and a Marketing Plan for our 10-year celebration of being in business. She wore several hats throughout her contract with us, and has been able to elevate our teams ability to work towards our goals and attain them through tactical and analyzed processes. Diana worked with all levels of team members whilst on this project, and was able to motivate and work with each person extremely well. She has blue sky thinking through a structured lens which truly enabled myself and my team to accomplish our goals in a sophisticated and fun way!
